Open call for Performing HEL 2023 has now ended!

The application period for Performing HEL 2023 showcase ended last Thursday, 26th of January.

We received 155 applications, which is the largest number of applications in Performing HEL history. A huge THANK YOU to those who applied and those who helped us spread the word!

The selections are made by the jury: Eva Neklyaeva (Curator), Lotta Nevalainen & Riitta Aittokallio (Circus & Dance Info Finland) and Vigdís Jakobsdóttir (Reykjavik Arts Festival).

The full program for the 2023 Performing HEL showcase will be released in the beginning of March. All selected artists will be contacted personally. 

Performing HEL takes place in Helsinki on August 31 – September 3, 2023. Registration for presenters will start online in the beginning of March 2023.
