We are happy to let you know that we have launched the program schedule online, which means it’ll be easier for you to start planning your trip to Helsinki.
So, where can you find it? By registering for the showcase, you will be able to see the schedule for all pitches, demos and performances. This year everyone registers through b2match – a networking tool! We hope this gives the artists and presenters more opportunities to connect with each other.
There will also be additions to the schedule – such as parties and time for networking, so stay tuned!
REGISTER HERE to take part in Performing HEL 2023!
There are two ways how to participate in the upcoming Performing HEL:
- ONSITE, in Helsinki Aug 31 – Sep 3, which costs 50€ /person including the full program (onsite and online), snacks, lunch and refreshments +a ticket to public transport in Helsinki during the event dates
- ONLINE from where ever you are (free of charge). Only part of the program will be available online.
Please note, as a “pocket-sized platform” the amount of onsite participants is limited. we’re keeping the registration open as long as there are spots available. As a registered participant, you’ll get immediate access to the participant list and can start setting up meetings with other professionals.
